We manage our real estate assets in an entrepreneurial way and follow an active management approach throughout every stage of the real estate life cycle.

We have local asset management expertise. Local presence is key for purchasing properties in the right location at the right price. And local presence is key for an active management approach later on. Active management for us means for example a tight tenant management or the constant technical improvement of the building itself and not just financial reengineering. By detecting warning signals earlier than others we prevent potential losses for our investors.

This we achieve by steadily monitoring the quality of each building, investing appropriate amounts in maintenance and in a constant uplift of the properties, like the modernisation according to latest energy efficiency standards (green building) or a further improvement of design and layouts.
Our main focus is residential real estate. We favor residential real estate because of its very granular risks, a sustainable performance and its attractive risk return profile. Here we are one of the few specialised asset managers in Germany.

As consultants we look back on a history of more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate. We have run projects in most of the major German banks, financial institutions, real estate and industrial companies. We have helped them to significantly improve their real estate organisations, have reduced their real estate costs, have accompanied transactions of billions in real estate value and have implemented new real estate strategies.
