ADVISUM partners with small and medium-sized companies and counsels them in all questions with respect to enterprise financing.

Our partners and managers are well experienced with SME management, leadership, investment, and consulting. We see the needs and necessities of SME from an enterprise perspective, not from a banking point of view.

ADVISUM initiated in 2006, in cooperation with the former Prime Minister of Baden-Wuerttemberg Prof. Dr. h. c. Lothar Spaeth and the investment bank Merrill Lynch, the “PULS – Capital for SME” program. A second PULS program followed in 2007. Objective of these programs is, to pool the capital needs of a larger number of SME and refinance the portfolio capital on the capital market, thus also reducing the bank dependency of the companies. In the past years, more than 100 SME from Germany, Austria and Switzerland were able to strengthen their long term company capital with more than 550 Mill. Euros.
