ADVISUM opens access to international capital markets for small and medium-sized companies. Especially smaller companies know about the value of this access.

Small and medium-sized companies (SME) build the backbone of the German economy. They employ the majority of the workforce and add to a great extend to the strength and innovation of the economy.

On an international scale the classic bank loan does still play a dominant role in the financing of SME. The main reason behind this is, that the direct access to capital markets is extremely costly, time consuming and involves enormous administrative efforts. On top of that, the companies need to preoccupy themselves with the mechanisms and instruments of the capital markets – a distraction from core business for many of them. Therefore, many of the SME did not consider the capital markets as true alternative.

ADVISUM offers ways to attractive and bank independent forms of capital markets financing for SMEs for several years. The capital for the financing usually derives from conservative institutional investors like insurance companies and pension funds, but also from institutions of the European Union.
